ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

A DB0146 system error does not occur when a TPFDF file is left
open with APAR PJ27156 applied and the error message length is
incorrect. The stack chaining equates in ECBEQ are now obsolete.
COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
The global &SBTPFDF switch used during SIP to compile segments
for TPFDF systems is not set up correctly in CL80. This causes
the assembly to be incorrect for TPFDF customers. If the switch
is not set up correctly, the check to verify that all the files
are closed in a commit scope will be bypassed and system error
DB0146 will not occur. The system error message for the DB0146
is also one character too long.
The stack chaining equates in ECBEQ are obsolete with TPFDF
common entry point.
SOLUTION
________
CL80 was updated to set up the &SBTPFDF switch by calling SYSET,
and the length of the error message was corrected.
The obsoleted equates on ECBEQ were deleted.
