Size of control program is too big in dumps.


COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
When  TLDR and ALDR build the CP Link Map, they copy a full word
address from an ESD card.  In the case of an unnamed CSECT,  the
high order byte contains x'04'.  When CTIN calculates the ending
address  of  the control program, it adds the length of the last
CSECT to the start address of the last CSECT.

If the last CSECT is an unnamed CSECT, the  X'04'  in  the  high
order byte causes an incorrect length.


SOLUTION
________
ALDR and TLDR were updated so that the high order byte that con-
tained a X'04' was zeroed out before any addition was done.
