ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

Provide the ability to remove a processor's inactive connections
to a coupling facility structure (ZMCFT REMOVE).


COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
There are scenarios where it is possible for a structure that is
no  longer  required  to  exist on a coupling facility (CF).  If
there are still active connections to  the  structure  then  the
connections  can  be removed using the functions provided by the
support  using  the  structure  (for  example,  ZCFLK   DELETE).
However,  if  there  are  no active connections to the structure
then it may not be possible for the functions  provided  by  the
support  using the structure to remove the inactive connections.
The ability to remove these inactive connections is required.


SOLUTION
________
A new functional message, ZMCFT REMOVE, is available to remove a
processor's inactive connections to a CF structure.
