ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

Assembler  debugger  is  not adding nonBSS subsystem programs to
the program  exclusion  table.  This  problem  was  injected  by
PJ26864.    Also CUDXDB needs to code the IDLOC parameter on the
PROGC macro.


COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
PJ26864 neglected to add code to add programs from  the  non-BSS
subsystem to the Program Exclusion Table (PET) in CUDU.

The  IDLOC  parameter  needs to be added to the PROGC in CUDXDB.
This prevents the assembler debugger from being activated  on  a
non-BSS  subsystem,  if  the full name of the program was regis-
tered.



SOLUTION
________
Code was added to CUDU to go  thru  all  the  Program  Attribute
Tables  (PAT)  and  put the programs that need to be excluded in
the IPET.   The IDLOC parameter was added  to  the  PROGC  macro
calls in CUDXDB.
