ABSTRACT:
The size and the location of the Merge Result GUI window are not
preserved on the client machine when the TPF Merge Tool is installed on
a server network drive.

COMMENTS:
When the TPF Merge Tool is installed on a server network drive, it
stores the information about the size and the location of the Merge
Result GUI window last invoked under the client machine local drive
(C:\TPFMerge). However, when the TPF Merge Tool is being invoked again,
it tries to locate the saved information from the server directory,
where the TPF Merge Tool installed, instead of C:\TPFMerge.
SOLUTION:
The member function restoreMergeGUIProperties in MergeGui.java is
updated to locate the saved information from the client machine
(C:\TPFMerge) if the TPF Merge Tool is installed on a server network
drive.

The self-extracting executable for this fix is available through the
TPF Merge Tool Web page. Download the fix and double-click the
executable, and then specify the path that has the TPF Merge Tool
installed. The executable will replace the necessary files in the
appropriate directories.
