  Alternative ways of contacting us

You may wish to phone us during UK office hours (0900 - 1700 UK time). The main switchboard number is +44-1962-815000. Ask to be put through to one of us by name. If the person you ask for is not available you will be asked if you wish to leave a voice-mail message. In this case it may be best if you e-mail as the person may be away on a trip.

  Emergency Support Procedure for use outside office hours

If you need to contact the ALCS Support Group in an emergency outside normal UK office hours, please ring +44-1962-815204 which is IBM Security at Hursley Park. Tell the IBM Security Officer that you are an IBM customer who requires emergency support for the IBM ALCS product. Ask them to refer to the 'Emergency Procedures for ALCS' document in the Security Teamroom and to contact someone in the support team.

You must tell IBM Security

  • Your company name
  • Your name
  • Your location and country
  • A phone number at which we can contact you (full phone number with country code and extension number)
  • A brief description of the problem

IBM Security will alert a member of the ALCS Support Group who will then call you back as soon as possible.
