ATC0186 ZSNDU to display a specified message by msg number.

1. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

ZSNDU DISPLAY displays all broadcast messages in summary.

ZSNDU DISPLAY cannot accept a specified message number and format the message like ZSNDU does.

2. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT:

ZSNDU DISPLAY should accept an extra parameter like ‘ZSNDU DISPLAY n’ (where ‘n’ is the sequence number of the broadcast message) and format the specified unsolicited message in the same way as ZSNDU.

ZSNDU DISPLAY n should be restricted to PRC and AT1-AT15 only.
