ATC0170 When a PTR MSG is processed in DXCUCOM4 the system should continue to process the queue.

1. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

If a printer message is completely processed in user exit DXCUCOM4, there is no facility to instruct ALCS that the complete message has been processed. The only way to get the printer going again is to dummy an ACK, placing an item in the Comms Action Table.

2. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT:

Allow for a return code from DXCUCOM4 to tell the mainline process to process the next message, or not.
