They are audio-visual presentations, created using Macromedia® Flash® that can be downloaded and run on the Microsoft® Windows® 98, 2000 and XP operating systems. Rich Media Presentations come complete with navigational controls, allowing you to view the information at your own convenience. Part 2 in this 3 part series of Rich Media Presentations is a technical introduction to TXSeries for Multiplatforms Version 5.1. It introduces TXSeries CICS capabilities and architecture, summarizes the enhancements in version 5.1, and points towards the future. This presentation focuses on the CICS portion of TXSeries and goes into some level of detail on the supported API?s, available programming languages, system administration, CICS intersystem communication, data management support and more.
