Along with the popularization of the Internet, multimedia information, especially streaming media, has been among the fastest growing technologies.
Executive Summary

Video and audio files can be difficult for users to create, edit, and integrate with other applications. The increasing requirement for e-business globalization brings new challenges to streaming media--the globalization of streaming media.

The following information is comprised of two parts. Part one introduces several types of streaming media solutions and explains the advantages and limitations of each type. Part two focuses on the development of streaming media from a globalization point of view, including recommended globalization architecture, product selection , media format determination, development of streaming media (following the globalization architecture imperatives), and streaming integration media into Web content.
