| Notes | 1. This code page contains the non-composed Devanagari characters from the Unicode range 900-97F It is not identical to the character set in CPGID 806 which is taken from ISCII. It includes the zero width joiner and zero width non-joiner which are used for various conjunct formations.
2. Note that to support all the Devanagari characters in Unicode it is necessary to use combining characters. Also there are a large number of composed characters which can be built using the basic character set included here. |
