In 2005 we have referred to ourselves as the "Customer Innovation Team" (CIT). Historically, we are known as the "jStart team" because of the jStart Program and eight years of leading customers to successful implementations in emerging technologies.
Here is a snapshot of our team:
IBM's Customer Innovation Team (CIT) is part IBM's Software Group and offers the worldwide jStart Program and the Emerging Technologies Toolkit (ETTK). Our mission is to jump-start innovative and emerging technologies which deliver value to our clients and promote growth opportunities for IBM.
