Electronic problem reporting tools
If you are an IBM Software Support customer or an IBM Business Partner with a software maintenance or service contract, use Electronic Service Request (ESR) to report issues with IBM Software products.
Other support tools
If your maintenance contract is not supported by ESR, you will need to use other IBM problem submission methods:
