Take the Consumability Survey


 

IBM has designed the Consumability Survey to gain insight into your business priorities and experiences with IBM software. The Consumability Survey, which requires approximately 30 minutes to complete and must be completed in one session, allows you to provide your input based on your experience and priorities for 31 product characteristics. You are then given the opportunity to prioritize those areas that matter most according to the demands of your business. When answering the survey, please be as specific as possible so that we can take appropriate actions to improve the product. At the survey Web site, please enter the optional invitation code: IMSOFTWARE.

You may wonder, what is consumability? We use the term consumability to describe the difference between a product that works and one that makes your work easier, such as:

  • How easily you were able to find the product that matched your business needs
  • How quickly you installed and configured the product to your environment
  • How well the product fulfilled its function within your organization
  • How efficiently the product suited your organization's usage on a daily basis
  • How easily you were able to derive business value from the product on a long-term basis
