 | - Can you ensure synchronization of online change and database commands across all IMS regions in your sysplex?
- How do you guarantee that these commands executed successfully?
- Does your IMS Command Batch Processor do both batch and ISPF?
- Can you process commands to DB/CTL, DC/CTL, or DB/DC regions?
- Would you like to limit the number of places you have to search for IMS problems?
IMS Command Control Facility for z/OS executes, analyzes, and coordinates IMS commands from a single point of control. It executes IMS commands from a batch utility, TSO session via an ISPF interface, or from a Callable Application Program Interface (API). All of these features and more, help you manage your database environment more efficiently and improve overall system performance. - Ensures successful processing of database START, STOP, DBR, and DBD commands when using the batch command processor or Callable API.
- Synchronizes Online Change and database commands across all regions in a sysplex using the batch command processor.
- Keeps members of an IMSplex synchronized by storing commands that failed due to an IMS being unavailable, and issuing the stored commands at IMS startup.
- Allows viewing of combined messages from different IMS tasks (IMS CTL, DL/I, DBRC, and secondary MTO) via an ISPF interface.
- Allows viewing of combined messages from IMS systems running in different z/OS systems.
