- Table of Contents is automatically refreshed after items are indexed.
- A table of contents may be copied to the clipboard.
- Filters allow control over what kinds of items are listed in the workbasket table of contents.
Options dialogs and indicators support user productivity: - An options dialog lets users easily set preferences for default size and placement of document windows, table of contents, and thumbnails
- A graphical indicator in the status bar highlights notes associated with the currently open document
- The 'Workflow Information' dialog describes the workflow and workbasket, if any, currently associated with an item
