作为 IBM 软件集团 Rational 软件总经理，Danny Sabbah 博士负责 Rational 品牌的全球业务，包括产品研发和市场营销。此前他先后担任了 IBM 软件集团负责研发，战略和架构的副总裁以及IBM软件集团首席技术官，执掌着 IBM 软件五大品牌（Rational, WebSphere, DB2, Lotus and Tivoli）的中间件技术和架构的革新，以及战略发展。现在，IBM 软件集团已经在全球超过 40 个地区拥有 25000 名开发人员。在进入 IBM 软件集团之前，Sabbah 先生作为 IBM 应用和集成中间件（AIM）部门的全球开发副总裁,主要负责应用服务器,消息中间件和开发工具等 IBM 产品系列。他还曾是 WebSphere 产品技术发展战略和方向的奠基人之一。

Sabbah 先生于 1974 年进入位于美国纽约州 Kingston 的电讯软件部门开始他在 IBM 的职业生涯。1981年，他获得 Rochester 大学计算机科学专业，人工智能和计算机影像研究方向的博士学位。他重返 IBM 研究部门，在进入软件集团之前先后从事人工智能，程序设计语言和软件技术的研究工作。Danny Sabbah 博士在产品研发和软件技术研究方面具有直接而丰富的经验。

Bran Selic 来自 IBM 加拿大公司。他是 IBM 杰出工程师，是IBM CTO 团队成员，负责制定 Rational 工具在技术领域的策略方向。Bran 拥有近四十年设计和实施大规模行业软件系统的丰富经验，首创实时应用模型驱动开发方法的应用。Bran 曾参与过若干项国际技术标准定义的制定，现任 OMG 委员会主席，负责 UML 2.0 标准的制定。

Scott 负责领导 Rational 软件在全球范围内业务策略的制定和执行。在这个职位上，Scott 还要管理 Rational 的业务合作伙伴和渠道市场。同时，Scott 也是 IBM 软件集团“市场领导团队”（这个团队为软件集团的市场策略规划方向）的成员之一。

此前，Scott 任全球“ISV&和开发者”关系副总裁，负责更有效地推进 IBM 与 ISV 及系统整合厂商关系的策略和计划的制定。他领导了富有创造性的市场计划“IBM PartnerWorld 行业网络”，这是 IBM 旗舰级的合作伙伴计划。

1999年，Scott 被任命为电子商务市场总监，负责 IBM 基于互联网和开放标准技术的业务转型。接着，他被任命为 WebSphere 基础架构软件的总监，负责 IBM Web 应用服务器和应用开发工具的产品和市场管理工作。在他任职期间，IBM 在这个领域的业绩增长保持着两位数，使 IBM 的市场份额位居第一。

Scott 还担任了其他的职务，包括领导 IBM 开发工具的市场计划，管理 IBM 目标技术市场的开发团队，司职 IBM 应用解决方案团队的技术专家，任业务合作伙伴经理等。 1989年，在取得马萨诸塞大学电子与计算机工程的学士学位和经济学辅修学位后，Scott 加入 IBM。Scott 现已结婚，并育有三子。Scott 同时养一条大狗和 30 条鱼。

IBM Rational合作伙伴 Ivar Jacobson 博士被公认是深刻影响并改变着整个软件工业开发模式的世界级大师，是软件方法论的一面“旗帜”。他是面向方面的软件开发(AOSD)、组件(Component)和组件架构 (Component Architecture)，用例(Use Case)，SDL (Specification Description Language), 现代业务工程，Rational 统一过程(RUP), UML 建模语言(与Grady Booch 和 James Rumbaugh 共同创建)等业界主流方法和技术的创始人。

Ivar Jacobson 博士曾任瑞典爱立信公司的首席软件体系架构师，负责迄今为止商业上最为成功的AXE交换机的研发。Ivar Jacobson 博士在大规模架构重用方面做了大量的工作, 他在使用对象方法设计大型实时系统方面已经有超过25年的经验。

Dr. Ivar Jacobson is the father of AOSD, Component, Component Architecture, Use Case, SDL, RUP and UML etc.

Terry Quatrani is the Rational Evangelist at IBM Corporation. Terry travels the world preaching the visual modeling gospel according to Grady, Jim, and Ivar. She is the co-author of the book Succeeding with the Booch and OMT Methods and the author of the best selling books Visual Modeling with Rational Rose and UML, Visual Modeling with Rational Rose 2000, UML and Visual Modeling with Rational Rose 2002 and UML and Visual Modeling with Rational Software Architect and UML. Prior to working for IBM, Terry was employed by Rational Software Corporation where she was the UML Evangelist and General Electric Company where she was a founding member of the GE Advanced Concepts Center as well as a programmer and analyst. She started her professional career as an 8th grade Math teacher in Pennsauken, NJ.Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

现任 IBM 中国有限公司软件部 Rational 北方区技术负责人。在加入 IBM Rational 之前，李纪华曾先后任职于美国 Platinum Technology 以及美国 Computer Associates，从事软件分析设计、面向对象建模及数据建模、软件配置管理、项目管理、知识管理等方面的培训以及咨询工作。

李纪华于 2000年 4月加入 Rational 亚太技术支持中心（澳大利亚悉尼）负责亚太地区客户的技术支持工作，为亚太地区的许多重要客户，如 Motorola，Ericsson，Lucent，Nortel，Simense，Agilent，GE 等提供了 Rational 产品的技术服务工作。李纪华于 2002年 7月在 Rational 中国担任高级技术顾问，期间曾经为国内多家公司，如普天集团、大唐移动、华为、中国建设银行开发中心、中国工商银行软件开发中心、中国银行软件开发中心、东软、神州数码、用友软件、中国民航信息股份有限公司、华胜天成等多家大型用户提供软件咨询服务，范围包括软件需求管理、软件配置与变更管理、IT 项目管理、实时系统测试等多个方面。

Ameeta Roy is the Technical Leader for Rational in IBM Software Group, India . In this role, she leads a team of Rational IT Specialists in providing mentoring and consulting to IBM customers . She has over 15 years of experience in the industry spanning a variety of assignments and roles involving the business and technical aspects of the entire software development life cycle. In the last six of those years, she has been helping customers in the use of best practices, processes and tools , architecting, designing and building of robust systems and applications using IBM Rational Solutions. She is an IBM Certfied IT Specialist and her areas of specialization are Software Architecture, Process and Application Development.

Mr. Omkar Nimbalkar, based in Silicon Valley, USA, is a Senior Manager of the IBM Rational Enterprise Ecosystems team. Mr. Nimbalkar is responsible for world-wide enablement and adoption of IBM Rational's strategic Enterprise Modernization solutions for System z and System i platforms. He has broad experience in IBM middleware technologies for Cross Platform Application Development and Information Management. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, California and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai, India.

吴穹，软件工程博士，师从于著名软件工程专家杨芙清院士，历任 Rational 中国有限公司首席技术顾问、北方区经理 ，现任 IBM 公司 Rational ClearCase 产品经理

杨晓斌先生来自 IBM 中国开发中心, 有近20年的计算机领域工作经验. 当前领导 40 人的团队, 负责 IBM Rational 软件产品的开发和测试.包括Rational ClearQuest, Rational process composer, Rational reqsitePro, Rational portfolio manager.

Ms. Yan (Tina) Zhuo is a Senior Product Manager with IBM Rational Education, responsible for requirements management and RequisitePro curriculum. She is also the leader of Requirements Management Special Interest Group, a world-wide requirements management community within IBM. Before this, she was a technical representative for IBM Rational, delivering training, mentoring, and consulting services on both Rational products and software engineering methodologies. She has the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from Project Management Institute, a MS degree in Information Systems, and a MA degree in Education.

现任 IBM 中国有限公司软件部 Rational 中国区技术销售经理。在 Rational 中国工作过 6 年多的时间，曾经为国家税务总局、香港机场管理局、工商银行、中国银行、中远集运、中国移动、华为、中兴通讯等多家客户提供过软件工程技术咨询服务。在软件工程技术方面，傅纯一有着多年的实践经验，对于Rational的软件工程技术有着深刻的理解。

宁德军，现为 IBM 中国有限公司软件部 Rational 中国区解决方案经理和产品经理， IBM Rational 产品认证咨询顾问，外国专家局特聘项目管理专家。在 IBM Rational 中国工作的近七年的时间里，曾经为华为、中兴通讯、大唐移动、浙江移动、江苏移动、UT 斯达康、武汉精伦、上海移动、上海电力、腾讯、工商银行、交通银行等数十家公司提供过软件管理咨询服务。在软件工程技术方面，目前主要专注于项目管理、过程改进和架构管理等技术的研究。

桂荣青先生从 2006年 7月起任 IBM 大中华区 Rational 软件总经理，负责确定 IBM Rational 业务的短期、中期及长期发展战略，并为客户高级管理人员就 IT 投资及公司管理事宜提供思路、建议及咨询意见。

2005年 5月-2006年 6月，桂先生受聘于麻省理工学院，在史隆管理学院担任院士。
