It provides a comprehensive Integrated Development Environment for edit/compile/debug of traditional RPG/COBOL/C/C++ i5/OS applications.

• Supports the latest version of the IBM i5/OS operating system, Version 6.1
• IBM® Application Diagram provides a graphical view of the different resources in an i5/OS® native application and their relationships to each other
• Screen Designer is a technical preview that provides the capability to graphically design and modify the content of DDS display files.
• Helps ease application debugging processes
• Includes many capabilities previously only found in the WebSphere Development Studio Advanced Edition.
• Requires significantly less disk and memory
