Enhancements in this service level include support for DB2 stored procedures, access to structured storage using Processor 15, new operators for distribution of processing to multiple threads and machines, and on Windows, support for ActiveX controls.

Workstation APL2 Version 2.0 Service Level 11

Enhancements in this service level include a new high performance text replacement external function, and on Windows, a namespace version of the GUITOOLS workspace.

Workstation APL2 Version 2.0 Announced

The IBM APL Products and Services group is pleased to announce a new product, Workstation APL2 for Multiplatforms Version 2.0. Workstation APL2 continues the IBM tradition of offering unparalleled portability. Workstation APL2 runs on AIX®, Linux, Sun® Solaris®, and Windows®. Workstation APL2 is compatible with mainframe APL2 for CMS and TSO.
