My Support Subscription Instructions for BookManager.

To receive notifications about service, tools updates, and other information for BookManager products, subscribe to the My Support feature of the IBM Support & downloads Web site:

  • Select My Support from here, or any product Support page
  • If you have not already registered for personalized support, register for an IBM registration ID and password.
  • After you have successfully registered, sign in.
  • On the My Support page, set up your subscription to receive BookManager information, by selecting the following:
    • From the Product Family dropdown list, select "Applications - Desktop & Enterprise."
    • Under the "Productivity & Office Suites" topic, select "BookManager" and then click Save & return.
    • Under Select mail preferences, select if you want to receive email about Flashes and /or Downloadable files.
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the My Support page. A message at the bottom of the page tells you that your profile was successfully updated.
